VibeSold collects the minimum data needed to run authenticated product workflows, secure sessions, operate support features, and understand first-touch signup attribution.

Account Data

The app uses a third-party sign-in provider, PlanetGraph Login+, to authenticate users. The app may store profile data returned by the sign-in provider, including name, email address, phone number, profile image, provider identifier, role, and account timestamps.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Attribution

The app stores essential session cookies for sign-in and security. It also stores first-touch attribution in local storage, such as initial landing URL, URL parameters, and referrer, so operators can understand signup source quality. Optional analytics cookies are off unless accepted in cookie preferences.

Feedback

Bug reports and suggestions may include page URL, written details, account context when signed in, console output related to the report, and screenshots if included with the submission. Feedback may be sent to our configured product feedback processor.

Tracking and Recording

VibeSold does not use optional analytics cookies unless you accept them in cookie preferences. Essential storage supports sign-in, security, and first-touch attribution.

Retention

Account, session, attribution, landing-page, and feedback records are retained only as long as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve VibeSold.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses of personal information. VibeSold does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
